Shipping costs are FREE in Italy for expenses over 99

€ , lower than this amount have an additional fixed cost of €5.

NB During promotions and/or sales periods, shipping costs may undergo changes and require longer times.

All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with NANU' di Flavia Dolcimascolo and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests its return to the sender , any shipping costs, charged to NANU' di Flavia Dolcimascolo, will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer .

Orders are shipped from NANU' by Flavia Dolcimascolo (via GLS courier) , from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:30. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.

Orders for items already available are shipped on the first working day following the one on which the order was placed, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods, delivery times are generally 2/3 working days, depending on availability the delivery times delivery may be longer.

In all cases NANU' di Flavia Dolcimascolo reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events of force majeure occur.

Shipments in Italy and abroad are made via Express Courier by NANU ' by Flavia Dolcimascolo. As required by the laws regulating trade, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice which declares the value of the individual items in Euros. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.

Flavia Dolcimascolo's NANU' shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage but it is possible to request insurance. If expressly requested, once the shipment reaches its destination the insurance loses its validity.

The assortment on www.nanubaby.it reflects the exact availability of each item by size and color . The website is in fact connected in real time with all the warehouses belonging to NANU' di Flavia Dolcimascolo. Once the order request has been received, the Orders department reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the items purchased, the validity of the credit card transaction and to verify the details of previous transactions carried out by the Customer on www.nanubaby.it . In the event that the ordered items are not available , or if for some reason the order cannot be processed as per the Customer's request, the Orders office will promptly notify the Customer .
